Managing Director
MD of the company, he is a prominent businessman who is a pioneer in the local restaurant chains in the Maldives. With years of experience of managing and operating restaurants both QSR and Fine dining he brings to the table a wealth of knowledge on how the FNB market operates and functions in the Maldives.
He has an MBA, ACCA and AAT(SL) and is a active member in the Restaurants Association of Maldives and a vocal contributor to the rights of restaurant owners both big and small in the industry. With multiple franchise based and local restaurant openings under his belt he has become an avid player in the FNB industry.

Chairman
CHAIRMAN of the company holds MBA from Charles Sturt University of Australia. He also holds a BA (Hons) Business Adminis-tration degree from University of Northumbria at Newcastle, UK.
He is one of the pioneers in the introduction of f&b franchises to the maldives. working n the food industry as well as the financial industry since 2001 he is a major proponent in the F&B industry of Maldives
He has got more than 30 years of management experience at Administrative and Executive Level and has served the Government of Maldives in high level posts.

Director of the company has experience in marketing and was actively involved in retailing and wholesale of fresh flowers and plants and gifts in the country.
He was an active Director and partner of the company which imports the highest number of fresh flowers and distributes to the hotel industry.
He has vast experience in social media and marketing channels. Earned a Barista Training at Coffee University of Gloria jeans and certification in food safety and supervision under the Australian System. Holds an MSc in Digital Marketing for University of Liverpool

Director of Operations
Operations director of the company. He has had a hand in actively retailing and wholeselling flowers, plants and gifts in the country.
As well as extensive knowledge in operations while working for his family business in retail and trade. Was also involved in reselling of vehicles in the Maldives.
Well versed in operations and trained at the Coffee University of Gloria Jeans. Currently handles all Operations related activities done by the company. Was actively involved in the opening and operation of every outlet under the umbrella of Sub Company and it’s affiliates.

Our Director brings over 20 years of experience in project and finance management, holding an AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting from the United Kingdom. This internationally recognized qualification has equipped him with advanced accounting principles and financial analysis expertise essential for modern business operations.

Ishan Palliyaguruge serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the group of companies that manage several renowned international franchise brands in the Maldives, including Gloria Jean’s Coffees, Chicking, and Moti Mahal.

With over a decade of experience in finance, operations, and strategic leadership, Ishan leads the group’s financial planning, procurement, supply chain management, and ERP systems. His forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellence have been central to streamlining operations, improving cost structures, and enabling sustainable growth. A key milestone under his leadership is the successful implementation of a fully integrated ERP platform that connects finance, sales, inventory, and production functions across the group.

Ishan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Asia e University in Malaysia, along with professional accounting qualifications from Sri Lanka, including MAAT and CBA. He is passionate about building strong financial foundations, empowering teams, and driving long-term business success.
